Initial solution

Together with a leading company in the aeronautical sector in the Spanish market, we have recently developed a tailor-made solution to meet a specific need in their aircraft fuselage assembly line.

Our challenge was to provide a stair castor that would meet exacting stability specifications, overcoming the limitations of conventional wheels. To address this requirement, we have designed a special set of castors that have been adapted to the mobility and resistance demands posed by our client.

The innovative approach was to use a ZV bracket with a metal rod that allowed three wheels (POA) to be mounted in series. This unique configuration gave us the stability, contact patch, and load capacity needed to meet the project's stringent standards.

After this joint work together with our client from the aeronautical sector, we have managed to meet a specific need by creating a custom product. Our approach is based on offering solutions adapted to industrial requirements, showing our ability to meet goals, and overcome any obstacles we may find during the process.
